About the role:
We’re building a world-class demand generation team and are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospects, understand their current challenges and schedule appointments for our leadership team to demonstrate a customized solution to address their pain-points and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn in-demand people and product skills and grow your career within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Become a product expert on Wealthlane’s platform, the competitive landscape, and the equity compensation administration industry
- Identify and research key decision-makers at late stage and small/mid cap public companies
- Engage prospects through personalized emails and outbound calls
- Share valuable resources with prospects to nurture early-stage relationships
- Generate qualified leads and ensure seamless handoff to the leadership team
- Support marketing activities and contribute to strategic initiatives
- Help shape Wealthlane’s GTM strategy
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or sales
- Tech savvy, strong work ethic and a passion for learning
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a commercial mindset
- Must be willing to challenge the status quo
- Bonus points: Prior sales experience, CRM/database knowledge, and a good sense of humor
